We want you to love your purchase from Seven Life Goods. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility
- You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
- Clear proof of purchase (order confirmation or order number) is required.
2. Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance / sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom‑made products
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, or opened beauty/skincare products (hygiene reasons)
- Damaged items due to customer misuse
3. How to Start a Return
- Email us at service@sevenlifegoods.com with:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A brief reason for return
- We will review your request and reply within 1–2 business days with approval and return instructions.
- Please do not send items back before receiving approval.
4. Return Shipping & Costs
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number.
5. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (varies by payment provider).
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
7. Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or style?
Email us at service@sevenlifegoods.com with your order details and the item you would like to exchange for. We will guide you through the exchange process.
